Downtown Bus Riders Should Prepare for Detours During Parade on Friday, September 28, 2018

If you're planning to ride a bus in Downtown Dallas on Friday, Sept. 28, it would be wise to plan ahead. The kickoff parade for the 2018 State Fair of Texas will place a number of bus routes on detour at 12 noon and continue until the parade ends. The parade begins at 12 noon on Houston at Young, then continues east on Main to Good Latimer and disperses. If your route operates on or crosses Main or Houston streets, you are encouraged to visit DART.org or call 214-979-1111 for specific detour information prior to your trip. Bus routes affected include: 2, 11, 12, 19, 21, 26, 29, 35, 42, 52, 59, 60, 63, 76, 81, 82, 110, 111, 161, 164, 205, 206, 208, 210, 278, 283, 722 D-Link and 749 Stemmons-Design District Service. DART Announces 2022 Labor Day Schedule

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) will operate on the following schedule for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 5. DART Buses and Light Rail: Operating on a weekend schedule. (Route 402 NorthPark Shuttle and Route 883 UTD Comet Cruiser will operate on a Sunday schedule.) The Trinity Railway Express (TRE): No service. DART GoLink: GoLink will operate only in zones that provide Sunday service. These zones include Northwest Dallas, Inland Port, Rylie, West Dallas, North Dallas, North Central Dallas and Park Cities.
