Cityplace/Uptown Station Platform Work Extended, Effective Saturday, September 12, 2020

In addition to the upcoming scheduled weekend work of Aug. 29-30, DART's platform extension at Cityplace/Uptown Station will continue for two additional weekends, starting Sat., Sept. 12. Customers should be aware of the following service adjustments and plan their trips accordingly: Rail tunnel operation will be restricted to Red Line trains only; Blue Line trains will turn back at SMU/Mockingbird and Pearl/Arts District stations, requiring passengers to transfer to Red Line between the two stations; Orange Line trains will travel between DFW Airport and Bachman stations, requiring passengers to transfer to Green Line to reach Downtown Dallas and then transfer to Red Line for destinations along the North Central corridor. Cityplace/Uptown Station will continue to be served with single-track operation and passengers able to use the platform opposite from construction activity. Additional Bus Stops Moving as Construction Continues at Downtown Garland Station, Effective Wednesday, August 26, 2020

Construction in the bus transfer area of Downtown Garland Station enters its second phase on Wednesday, August 26, with the relocation of six additional bus routes to temporary stops on Fifth Street. Passengers on Routes 378, 402, 463, 486, 566 and 571 will make their transfers at the temporary stops, while Routes 377, 380, 513, Paratransit and Rail Disruption Shuttle return to their original bays inside.

DART Adjusts Labor Day Weekend Schedule, Effective Monday, September 7, 2020

This year, summer's (unofficial) end falls on Monday, September 7. To help with your transit travel plans Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) will operate the following schedule: DART bus, light rail and Dallas streetcar services will follow a Sunday schedule and the Trinity Railway Express commuter rail will not operate.
