DART Announces Changes to Bus and GoLink Services Beginning Monday, September 26

DART continues to closely monitor both the New Bus Network and evolving GoLink on-demand system to provide prompt response to customer feedback and maintain safe and dependable service. Listed below are routes with a number of improvements and adjustments. Some of these changes have already taken effect or will become effective on Monday, September 26, 2022. Detours for Bus Routes 23 and 103 on Saturday, Sept. 3 and Detours for Bus Routes 22, 200, 202, 203, 224, 238, 250 and 251 on Monday, Sept. 5

Bus routes 23 and 103 on detour on Saturday, Sept. 3 from 7 to 11 p.m. during the Dallas GSWS closing ceremony block party at the historic Crossroads on Cedar Springs. Bus routes 22, 200, 202, 203, 224, 238, 250 and 251 will be on detour during the Garland Labor Day Parade on Monday, Sept. 5 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Reminder: DART buses and light rail will operate on a weekend schedule for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, Sept. 5. DART Announces 2022 Labor Day Schedule

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) will operate on the following schedule for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 5. DART Buses and Light Rail: Operating on a weekend schedule. (Route 402 NorthPark Shuttle and Route 883 UTD Comet Cruiser will operate on a Sunday schedule.) The Trinity Railway Express (TRE): No service. DART GoLink: GoLink will operate only in zones that provide Sunday service. These zones include Northwest Dallas, Inland Port, Rylie, West Dallas, North Dallas, North Central Dallas and Park Cities. Bus Route 104 on Detour during Kingz of the South Block Party on Friday, August 12, 2022

Bus route 104 will be on detour from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday, August 12 during the Kingz of the South Block Party on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Westbound from Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.: Left on Myrtle, right on Pennsylvania, right on Atlanta, left on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., regular route. Eastbound from Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.: Right on Atlanta, left on Pennsylvania, left on Myrtle, right on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., regular route.

All New "Blue" Campus Circulator Replaces SMU's Museum Shuttle, Effective August 1, 2022

Students, faculty and guests discovered a brand new way to get around SMU beginning August 1 when Route 442 became the SMU Campus Circulator. Dubbed the Blue Express Route, the new shuttle operates in a clockwise loop, originating on Dyer Street in the East Campus and encircling the Main Campus every half hour from 5:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. The complimentary service runs Monday through Friday with the exception of university holidays. For visitors to the Meadows Museum or the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, DART's Route 440-SMU Express - now called the Red Express Route - continues to provide service from SMU/Mockingbird Station with access to the DART Rail System.

Shuttle Route 436 Discontinued Beginning August 17, Other Service Still Available

Patrons of DART Shuttle Route 436 are reminded that Parkland Hospital has decided to discontinue this service. As a result, Route 436 will end operation effective Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Remaining Shuttle Routes 434 and 435 will continue to serve the Southwestern Medical District area, while Local Routes 57 and 222 provide seven day-a-week coverage between the Medical District and areas presently served by Route 436. Riders are encouraged to consult DART.org/BusSchedules or call 214-979-1111 for detailed information on alternate service.

Bus Route 214 on Overnight Detour in Downtown Dallas, July 15-16, 2022

Bus Route 214 will be on detour from Commerce at Good Latimer and from Elm at Harwood from 6 p.m. on Friday, July 15 to 6 a.m. on Saturday, July 16. Eastbound/Outbound from Commerce: Right on Good Latimer, left on Canton, right on Exposition, regular route. Westbound/Inbound from Elm: Left on Harwood, right on Young, right on Ervay, left on Elm, regular route.
